INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER<br\/><\/strong>Robbu uses the necessary tools for the purpose of the activity; these tools use servers located in other countries.<br\/>We use them for the storage of information.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>9. DATA OF MINORS:<br\/><\/strong>The content of the Robbu website is not directed to minors. The information contained on our website is directed to persons over eighteen (18) years of age who are in the labor market, acting as professionals. Therefore, the company does not knowingly solicit, collect, process, store, or share personal data of minors.<br\/>We would like to emphasize that we adopt the necessary measures to ensure that the collection of data from minors does not occur on our website without adequate justification. If we discover the occurrence of any type of handling of such data in an unintentional manner, we will quickly remove that child&#8217;s or adolescent&#8217;s personal data from our records.   <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>10. We may also retain information as required by law or regulation or for the regular exercise of rights, or in circumstances in which there is a legitimate purpose of Robbu or of third parties.<br\/>With respect to the personal data processed while Robbu acts as controller, such data may be subject to a deletion request by means of a written request by email sent to the email address dpo@robbu.global or through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/robbu.global\/formulario-de-atendimento-lgpd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Data Subject Service Form<\/a><\/strong>, specifying which data should be discarded.  <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>In all cases of deletion, <strong>Robbu<\/strong> may retain information as required by law or regulation or for the regular exercise of rights, or in circumstances in which there is a legitimate purpose of Robbu or of third parties. It is important to emphasize that, as required by law and in cases of request by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), such information must be kept for a minimum period of 5 (five) years. Therefore, it is not possible for us to delete personal data before the 5-year period when the legal basis for its processing is the fulfillment of a legal obligation, execution of a contract, and\/or any other legal basis that justifies the need for such data.  <\/p>\n\n<p>After the end of this period, the data will be duly purged from <strong>Robbu<\/strong>&#8216;s database, ensuring its complete deletion.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>11. HOW WE WILL KEEP YOUR DATA SECURE:<br\/><\/strong>Any information provided by the User will be collected and stored in accordance with the strictest security standards, such as NIST and ISO 27001.<br\/>To this end, <strong>Robbu<\/strong> adopts several precautions, in compliance with the guidelines on security standards established in applicable laws and regulations, such as:<\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>\u2981 Robbu has protection against unauthorized access to its systems;<br\/>\u2981 Robbu only authorizes access by specific in-house employees to the location where your personal information is stored, provided that such access is essential for the development of the intended activity;<br\/>\u2981 Robbu ensures that those agents and employees who carry out the processing of personal data must undertake to maintain absolute confidentiality of the information accessed, as well as to adopt the best practices for handling such information, as determined in the internal policies and procedures;<br\/>\u2981 Robbu performs backups regularly. Software activity is consistently verified to protect the information you provide. Sophisticated protection systems are used and the activity is monitored.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition to technical efforts, Robbu also adopts institutional measures aimed at the protection of personal data, such that it maintains a privacy governance program applied to its activities and governance structure, which is constantly updated.<\/p>\n\n<p>Access to the information collected is restricted to employees and authorized persons.
